User Agreement

By accessing and using Vorteluz.com ("the Site"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who wish to purchase pajamas, blouses, dresses, skirts, tops, swimwear, or sweaters from our online store.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases. All account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Limitation of Liability

Vorteluz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
  • Any products purchased through our Site
  • Third-party conduct on our platform

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on Vorteluz.com, including designs, logos, product images, and text, is the exclusive property of Vorteluz and protected by international copyright laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our brand name or product designs for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer any aspect of our website

Product designs remain the intellectual property of Vorteluz even after purchase.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with hygiene seals intact.

Refund process:

  1. Submit a return request through your account
  2. Receive return authorization and instructions
  3. Ship items back within 7 days of authorization
  4. Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt

Sale items and customized products are final sale unless defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through our customer service team. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Vorteluz. The governing law for all disputes shall be the laws of China.


General Provisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in full effect.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vorteluz regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements.


Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
