At Vorteluz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Swimwear must be returned with hygiene liner intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items without original tags or with signs of wear

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal within 30 days
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
  3. Include the completed return form
  4. Ship your return using a trackable method

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
