Vorteluz offers the following shipping options for your convenience:

• Standard Shipping:  7-14 business days (varies by destination)

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

• Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
• Customers are responsible for any additional charges

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
